About Alugence

Who we are

Alugence is an AI consultancy based in Yorkshire, UK, specialising in two areas: AI business transformation and AI search (GEO/AEO) visibility. We help UK and US businesses adopt AI across their operations and get found, cited and recommended by AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews.

We started Alugence because we kept seeing the same gap. Businesses were told to "use AI" and, separately, told their search traffic was being eaten by AI answers — but no single partner joined those two problems up. Alugence does. We're a consultancy, not a software product: real consultants, working on your real systems, accountable for real outcomes.

Our work spans strategy and delivery. We assess where an organisation genuinely stands, prioritise the use cases worth pursuing, build and integrate the systems, and make sure teams can actually use them. And we practise our own AI-search proposition on ourselves — the way this site is structured for AI answer engines is the same method we sell.
